Job description, responsibilities and duties
Meal Coordination Specialist oversees and manages meal services. They will work to contract services in the Central Europe Region accordance with company-set brand parameters and itineraries while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and service.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluating and selecting food service providers for Central Europe tours.
Managing relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts.
Budgeting and analyzing data for informed decisions.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards globally.
Addressing customer service issues and driving improvements.
Supporting Regional Offices with operational challenges.
Assisting with restaurant service agreements as needed.
Up to 3 days per month travel to destinations to meet business partners.
