Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible to:
-Manage general operations, quality & cost of your assigned geographical destination (European region)
-Develop & improve new & existing tours
-Drive standardized delivery of tours & services
-Drive preparation of pre-tour planning & administration
-Handle onsite issues & unforeseen situations
-Handle post-tour administration & Support resolution of Customer Service requests
-Contract & book services such as restaurants, guides, museum entrances
-Work with, support, & develop your team of 4 staff
-Cover weekend, public holidays & evening emergency support phone on a rotation basis each 4-6 weeks
