Job description, responsibilities and duties

Systematic and meticulous handling of all aspects of administration related to Tour Manager (TM)- documentation,-assignment,- performance data, & -supplies. Plans & organizes scheduled events & calendar milestones. Completes tasks in a highly-organized, accurate, and proactive manner for TMs assigned to escorted land tours in multiple regions of Europe. Assists TMs with onsite client issues and processes post tour reports & invoices.
Provides support & absence coverage to Land Tour operations department & required to take the out of office hours support phone on a rotation basis each 4-5 weeks to cover emergency support during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Information about the selection process

--Although this is a homeworking position, it is not suitable as a second job, free time job or part-time job.
-The candidate must already have legal permanent residence/working permit in Slovakia to apply for this opening.
-Although the start date is January 1, an earlier or slightly later start date may be agreed upon for the right candidate.
