We are looking for a new member of our HR team at Garrett– an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter who is passionate about Human Resources and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What will you be responsible for?

• manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles (production, technical, and support functions including management roles)
• advertise open positions across relevant tools and channels 
• source internal and external candidates using various methods including Linkedin
• conduct candidate interviews and organize assessment centers
• maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
• collaborate with staffing agencies regarding contracts, salaries, invoicing, and candidate sourcing
• coordinate onboarding activities in cooperation with the HR team
• communicate job openings internally and externally, including preparing internal communication materials
• build relationships with secondary schools and universities within defined projects
• support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
• ensure all recruitment-related policies are up to date

• handle reporting and purchase orders related to recruitment and agency workers
