Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Quality leader in our plant you are responsible for:
- managing process quality team
- maintaining process capability and equipment gage R&R with metrology department
- maintaining and improving process controls for quality
- escalation process, NCM/COPQ
- driving supplier quality performance review and coordinating with global team
- machine pre-acceptance – machine capability evaluation, also for New technology
- validation quality capabilities for Modifications of machines
- periodically reviews process capabilities
- annual improvements project plan A3/KE/6sigma
- planning and reviewing Top Defects Matrix roadmap, 0 Defect audits, Process/Product audits
- QA Management System (IATF, CH/M, DOC, audits…)
- SQ process (COPQ, CIV,...) to ensure demanded quality of components, tracking and MOS to keep it
- leading Internal ISO audit, External ISO audit readiness
- managing department level of 8D/CAR review
- managing Customer Quality Visits / Audits and VOC KPIs
- NPS Q - Analysis and action plan deployment
- ensuring flawless APQP performance - reviewing/approving quality documents specific to production department Process Control (procedures, acceptance criteria, instructions, FMEA's and quality plans, etc.) and to deliver them to lines
