Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Perform fixed assets management of all assets in plant – CAPEX preparation, support for production, CIP, depreciation and analyze of whole process.
- Support APU organization in all finance aspects including AOP preparation, forecast and prepare periodical reports to APU manager
- Support in month end and year end process – reporting, transform and upload result to Hyperion
- Provide analyses of internal processes in plant and explain weak point to local leadership team
- Provide financial support to all Presov Plant staff in Slovakia
- Planning of all costs in plant – Annual Operational Plan, forecasting 4+8, 8+4 and analyze gap with actual status
- Support in after closing reports and analysis preparation
- Inventory control – MRO inventory + support for Swisco inventory including E&O reporting, shrinkage analyze
- Support in State Aid projects
- Scrap analyze and identify possible improvements
