Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for experienced HR Manager for our GARRETT global team.

*HRBP for Groups of Procurement (Direct and Indirect) CPO, Global Quality and to Advanced Manufacturing Eng & Prototypes. Global support to approx 600 employees
*Participate actively in defining and implementing GTX business strategy and support key STRAP projects
*Consolidate the ISC central function Footprint transformation
*Understand and influence business drivers and strategies and partner with clients to ensure business objectives are met
*Pro-actively develop close partnerships with ISC senior leaders in these core functions in order to drive business strategy and results across all HR domains including Employee relations, Staffing, Talent Management
*Compensation, Diversity, Learning and Development, OD / OE, Change Management
*Coach managers on optimal workforce utilization, talent management, and performance differentiation
*Strengthen ISC Organization Effectiveness; Talent Development & Change Management
*Performance - Proactively Manage Employee Performance - ensure 100% goals and reviews done in Performance System for dedicated functions
*MRR - Reinvigorate Talent Management in GTX ISC central functions through MRR process, performance management, succession planning, development action plans and training, etc.
*Meet GCP salary planning budgets across GTX central functions (with differentiation) and follow-up GCP process
*Effective Partnership and interface with GTX ISC Organization, with site leadership teams and local HR teams and with COE's in order to meet GTX ISC business objectives
*Leverage Regional HR Generalists and GTX ISC HR Org & Centers of Excellence (COE's) to get additional subject matter expertise and support in domains such as OD/Learning, Compensation and Benefits and Staffing
*Work with the Human Resources COE's to deliver on compensation, organizational development, and workforce planning strategies to address the current and future needs of the business
*Accountable for value-added deployment and follow through of all HR initiatives, processes and systems
*Support and properly apply Garrett policies and practices. Investigate and ensure fair resolution of issues with Garrett policies and practices
*Understand and leverage the broader HR organization (specialist, functions/Centers of Excellence, shared services)
*Participate in the development and implementation of organizational talent strategy and planning

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

YOU MUST HAVE:
*Bachelor's degree is required and Master's degree is strongly preferred, with a concentration in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning, or related discipline also preferred.
*Min 8 to 10 years progressive professional Human Resources experience is required with experience supporting manufacturing organizations.
