Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for person with automotive background and good knowledge of management and production for position Production Manager. Great opportunity for dynamic person who wants to grow in fast growing company operates in automotive industry.
• Responsible for shop floor operations
• Responsible for defining workload and for the execution of the production planning following the mix, training plans, personnel administration, machine and equipment management, new product launch/ old products change.
• As a manager provides support to his team members by coaching activities
• Manage the development of his team members through the HPD and MRR process
• Executive MRR process
• Manage a departmental budget to ensure that all costs are correctly planned, regularly reviewed, justified and controlled
• Ensures correct new product introduction in shop floor activities
• Ensures correct execution of 8D processes in different shop floor areas and the related PFMEA updating
• Assist the Quality Engineer with the management of costumer’s relations
• Responsible for the respect of all the standard work principles and the uniformity of its implementation on each model and shift.
• Responsible of Standardized Worksheet Update and assure the SOS validation
• Support the Escalation Process and Quick Problem Resolution
• Drive Reward & Recognition Process (kaizen ideas and team performances) in the shopfloor
• Uses Garrett processes to recruit, select, develop & manage the performance of his team ensuring they have the capability to deliver activities that meet the immediate & longer-term needs of the business
• Is responsible for following the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations

• Minimum of 5 years experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector in similar position
• Demonstrated experience to efficiently plan, organize and lead a production operation
• Experience of managing a budget with a good understanding of key financial principles
• Good knowledge of processes and related management
• English fluent, 2nd world language fluent
• Excellent planning & organizing skills with experience of determining priorities, co-ordinating multiple activities meeting multiple deadlines related to the shopfloor
• Excellent problem solving skills with experience of developing & implementing solutions to diverse operational related issues
• Good understanding of financial controls & budgetary responsibilities with experience of managing a large project or departmental budget
