General Supervisor - automotive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITILES:

PROCESS AND PRODUCT QUALITY:

• responsible for achieving quality objectives
• take steps to ensure quality and control of production
• leads meetings to analyze the causes of nonconformities, determining corrective and preventive action plan

PRODUCTION AND MODULE MANAGEMENT:

• responsible for achieving efficiency and productivity
• coordinates the work of a module
• participates in activities of daily scheduling of production planning with planning compartment members
• leads daily module meetings, reports problems, proposes and follows decisive actions
• manages inter-departmental teams formed to implement corrective actions and improvement of efficiency, productivity and planning compliance
• decides to stop production in case of a quality risk and informs their superior according to the escalation matrix

PRODUCTION TEAM COORDINATION:

• establishes teams in the module
• certifies attendance lists, overtime, recoveries
• proposes to the production manager the organization of professional training for their staff and the list of participants and supports the human resources department in developing them
• performs assessment of subordinate staff in accordance with procedures HGR
• forwards to Production Manager papers with annual appraisal for team
