Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• The Regional Operation Manager will be accountable for the delivery of weekly sales and management of the profitability of our Futurevision stores within a region.
• He will do this by ensuring the Optometrist/Manager of each store:
o Has a passion for delivering excellent customer service
o Is enthusiastic about sales
o Develops the skills and knowledge of their teams
• He will support the Optometrists/Managers to drive trade to exceed performance and sales target
• Identify business opportunities and trends and work with the central management team to create trade plan
• Utilise the company trade plan to forecast and work with each Manager to create store plans
• Use the company reporting portal to analyse store performance for key performance indicators
• Review sales results and proactively manage the business so that sales targets are met
• Utilise efficient staffing across their region to maximise sales whilst monitoring profit
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Ensure that all of the Future Vision policies are followed at all times
• Lead, Coach, Motivate and develop the Optometrists/Managers
o Conduct regular store visits to support Manager and the team
o Review action plans and agree next steps
o Monitor Managers performance and conduct regular performance reviews in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure a good working relationship with the Tesco store team especially the Store Manager.
o Ensure that the Managers adheres to all Tesco related procedures
• Attend regular conference calls with line manager
The place of work will be all over Slovakia with regular visits of the stores and home-office for administration tasks.
