Job description, responsibilities and duties

Establish and maintenance of enterprise-wide strategic plan in cooperation with the leadership / owners. Responsibility for the entering the market, overall growth, profitability, market development plans and revenue generation.

Your role will be:
• Creating, developing and implementing clear business, marketing and brand strategy, and objectives of the company as well.
• Analyzing the marketplace and design a business strategy/plan based on the technology and product range.
• Keeping up to date with industry and technological changes/trends that impact the business.
Business development:
• Take ownership of the management of the sales team; sales, marketing and product activities of the business.
• Creating a solid network of strategic partnerships, build and develop relationships with the key clients.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and key clients acquisition and retention.
• Seeking out new marketing and business opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector.
Sales and Marketing Operations:
• Setting KPI’s for marketing and sales activities across the business.
• Building and overseeing the CRM activities.
• Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

We will be glad to know you, if you have:
• University degree in a technical, economic or business field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written form)
• 10+ years of direct professional experience in the drilling, oil & gas or geothermal energy segments - MUST.
• 5-10 years management or consulting experience as a strategy, operations or sales manager.
• Strong leadership, presentation and project development skills.
• Highly strategic outlook and a natural creative ability, innovative approach.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with senior management to align business strategies and solutions.
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
• Ability to establish and develop network of contacts / clients.
