Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you an enthusiastic law professional with experience in coordinating collaboration with foreign investors and their counsel and with leading a corporate agenda in collaboration with outside legal advisers? Do you have also experience with Anglo-American / Common Law? It is very welcome. We have an exciting oportunity for you.
Your job will be:
• To provide communication, arrange cooperation with legal representatives of domestic and foreign investors.
• Perform analysis and review of legal documents relating to investors and investments.
• Assesse and measure the degree of risk in the company's business decisions.
• Provide operational legal pro-nancy for company management.
• Provide personal professional support and management support to the company.
• Prepare and assemble documents related to corporate management, general meetings and supervisory boards.
• Provide legal advice to other internal configurations and prepare searches for topics, from the field of finance, commercial law, human resources, copyright protection.
• Set and legally audits internal policies.
• Coordinate and manage external legal support for the company and supervises its quality.
