Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
Managing construction projects involving new developments and reconstruction of existing facilities
Planning project budgets and schedules, and supervising their execution
Cooperating with subcontractors and suppliers
Ongoing cooperation with the client’s technical department
Cooperation with design offices
Regular reporting on project progress
Assisting in obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and permits
Final settlement and completion of the project
Requirements:
University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Valid construction execution license/certification (general construction specialization)
At least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager / Project Manager
Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD
Experience in the execution of building construction projects
Availability, mobility, and ability to work in a team
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of the construction and investment process
Ability to solve multidisciplinary technical issues
