Assistant for Medical and Corporate Division

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
Support for the Medical and Corporate departments in the preparation and archiving of documentation. Maintain high quality communication with customers ensuring required service. Support of the service and sales team in they daily tasks.

Your tasks in the corporate department will include:
1. Preparation of documentation for invoicing
2. Working in MM and SD module in SAP (ordering goods and placing orders and purchase requests and invoicing)
3. Archiving service reports and contracts
4. Support for electronic information circulation, incoming and outgoing correspondence
5. Claims registration and handling
6. Other admiration task

Your tasks in the medical department will include:
1. Administrative support for the medical department
2. Preparing, completing and maintaining legal and formal documentation necessary to participate in tenders.
3. Searching for information on tenders, monitoring tender portals and operating tender systems (e.g. EKS)
4. Communication with ŠUKL and preparation of the required documentation
5. Filling out forms to create new materials and customers
6. Registration of orders, offers and service works
7. Support in organizing service and business visits
8. Communication with suppliers
9. Other tasks

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

1. Good knowledge of English.
2. SAP- advantage
3. Ability to prepare documentation in the field of public procurement.
4. Very good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and MS Office package.
5. Good organization of working time.
6. Communication skills.
7. Ability to work under time pressure.
8. Analytical thinking
