Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for office operations
- Communication with CEO and helping him with daily tasks - reminders, scheduling meetings, notifications...
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail and deliverables
- Responsible for company cars - service monitoring, communication with service
- Communication and cooperation with external suppliers
- Responsible for office supplies
- Handling incoming phone calls in both Slovak and English language
- Responsible for the office cleanliness
- Administrative work
- Cooperation with other colleagues
- Responsible for HW inventory
- Cooperation on onboarding process

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 700 €/month gross, depending on skills and experience. The final offer for the selected candidate will reflect the candidate´s comprehensive assessment, skills and past work experience.

Information about the selection process

This is a part-time job on a working contract (not an agreement).

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
