Job description, responsibilities and duties
coordination IC-media in SAP entities and non SAP entities
planning based on MTO / MTS strategies
target monitoring / KPI
shipping coordination
creation of order lines and maintenance of MRP vies in SAP
management of escalation in case of backlog
order management (order creation returns & claims)
organization of S&OP meetings (knowledge of - annual S&OP process)
debitor management – invoice control
support in case of return & claims
support for cross functional projects
