Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position is the part of Management Team. Management and coordination of purchasing, production planning, logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. He/she manages the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing and motivating the logistics team, including purchase, warehouse and production planning.
Key Accountability:
● Manages the team, functions and budget within Logistics;
● Strategically plans and manages logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
● Ensures smooth operation of entire planning, logistics, purchasing, warehouse and expedition process;
● Continuously implement or recommend improvements in logistics;
● Management and optimization of supply chain;
● Evaluation of suppliers;
● Monitoring of production planning;
● Responsible for optimal stock inventory;
● Improvement of purchasing conditions;
● Negotiate with key suppliers;
● Support preparation of data for reporting;
● Give support for ERP system;
● Management of Logistics department operation.

Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilment;
Knowledge of lean techniques is an advantage.
