IT technician will support successful operation of IT system of the company, ensuring the smooth operation of technical equipment. He/she will provide technical support and advice to end users.
● 1st and 2nd level support - standard applications (Google Apps, MS-Office, Adobe, FMS and SAP)
● Software provisioning (DSM execution)
● Software packaging process
● Client hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet, barcode scanner), peripherals (printer, scanner, copier, fax)
● Mobile devices and contracts
● Licence Management
● Team member of projects.
