
Operational Excellence (OpEX) Leader

HOW do we achieve our goals:
- Deploy the Framatome OPEX management standard within their scope in order to achieve the expected performance.
- Lead cross-functional workshops within a global organization.
- Internal trainer: Train the organization/departments/sections/teams in Operational Excellence/Lean principles.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions: Support improvement ideas through to implementation.
- Reporting: In accordance with the definition of KPIs, the master plan, and the deployment plan.
You will be based at the Framatome site in Bratislava.
The employment contract is a fixed term contract for a 1 year duration, with a possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone with …
- You are enthusiastic about supporting teams in achieving the entity’s performance objectives and training them in OPEX/Lean by linking these principles to their activities.
- You have experience leading teams using structured problem-solving methods.
- You are a change agent, able to guide improvement ideas to success, and participate in major improvement initiatives both for the global entity and within your scope.
- You are fluent in English.

Note: Every employee can choose when to start and end his workday between 6am and 8pm. The two requirements are to reach the number of daily hours required (8hrs/day) and to be available during the core hours (i.e. between 9am and 3pm).
Financial rewards:
- At least 1600 EUR gross/month
- 13th month salary
- Yearly salary review
