Your role

We are looking for SAP GUI Specialist who will join our growing team. As part of this team, your main responsibility will be solving incidents, reassigning incidents or updating knowledge base. You cooperate with customers and other colleagues to provide support for the customer.

The role of SAP GUI Specialist includes:

• error analysis and troubleshooting
• communication with customer and end users
• sap call opening
• following up standard incident management procedures
• updating knowledge base
• implementing and documenting new solutions

What do we expect?

• you have basic knowledge of ITIL framework
• you have experience in IT operations
• SAP basis knowledge is a big advantage
• you speak fluent English, German is nice to have
