Cloud Engineer

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 2 200 € + variable component

(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate)

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong technical background within Azure Cloud for our customer in the renewables area. You will be supporting the migration phase and operations as well (design, implement, configure and maintain various Azure Cloud services). 

The role also includes:

• administration and development of cloud infrastructure
• deployment and maintenance of Azure virtual machines, and other cloud and network services to support growth in the cloud
• developing optimization and automation of IT infrastructure
• optimizing Azure builds for cost/performance
• coordinating and monitoring operations and services
• troubleshooting, 2nd/3rd level support
• continuous education and identification of new solutions and trends
• researching products and new technologies to increase business and operational efficiency

What do we expect?

• you have at least Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar technician qualification
• you have 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing
• you have strong technical knowledge within the Azure environment (Azure AD, Azure Cloud, Cloud Security and Compliance)
• you are experienced in Hybrid Identity Integration
• you are experienced in Azure Platform Management
• you are a good team player
• you have good communication skills
• you are able to constantly improve yourself to get to know new technologies and concepts
• you speak English fluently, German is an advantage
