Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

1 300- 2 000 € + variable component

(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate)

Your role

We are looking for HR Generalist to join our HR team in Kosice. Our team cooperates with management, employees, and other team members in Slovakia as well as in other countries in EU, participate on internal projects with aim to increase the engagement and satisfaction of employees.

The role of HR Generalist includes:

• onboarding activities with newcomers
• providing HR support through the lifecycle of the employee
• working closely with management and employees to increase productivity and retention
• coordination of development activities
• providing regular reporting and report visualizations
• to be the first point of contact for any HR-related queries

What do we expect?

• you have at least 2 years of professional experience in HR area on similar position
• you have good communication and interpersonal skills and work independently
• you have analytical thinking and bring new ideas to the processes
• you are experienced in MS Office, experience with BI tools will be an advantage
• you speak English fluently
