Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

2 000 € + variable component
(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate) 

Your role

We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test who would like to work with modern technologies in the area of content media entertainment and is willing to ensure SW quality.

Our new colleague will be an essential contributor supporting testing of streaming devices platform.

The role also includes:

• Designing, development, documentation and maintenance of test automation solution to support development teams with continuous deployment
• Identify application components to be covered by automation based on acceptance criteria, business priority and expected benefit of automated testing
• Analyze manual test cases to understand the details and identify the reusable components and functions to enable the automation
• Provide the effort estimation for the test script development
• Setup local environment for test development
• Execution of automated tests
• Analyze and provide test report based on the test results

What do we expect?

• you have testing knowledge (understanding of testing fundamentals)
• you have recent working experience with test automation development and with design of automated tests
• you have recent working experience with different types of test automation frameworks and tools, experience with development techniques like TDD/BDD, CI/CD, DevOps and with Cloud (AWS, Azure) is an advantage
• you have recent working experience with testing of Android devices and working with Appium
• you are experienced in creating automated tests using any programming language, especially Java and/or Python
• you have worked in agile teams (Scrum / Kanban etc.)
• ISTQB certification is an advantage
• ability to work in partial USA time overlap is an advantage
• you speak English fluently
