Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

1 600 € + variable component (junior)

1 800 € + variable component (mid)

(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate)

Your role

We are looking for an Identity Operator to join our team. As a part of our team, your main responsibilities will be management of user accounts using SailPoint tool and ongoing support related to identity issues.

The role also includes:

• troubleshooting of identity issues based on incidents and proactive checks
• root cause analysis of identity issues in SailPoint and fix proposal
• check of AD & ADLDS accounts
• monitoring of automated processes which are responsible for creation of user accounts
• analysis of issues in backend using SQL Query
• scripts executions
• approvals management and implementation of user requests

What do we expect?

• you have an IT overview focus on User accounts management
• you have basic knowledge of Active Directory & ADLDS
• you have experience with scripting in Windows and Linux environments
• you have basic knowledge of SQL
• you are familiar with cloud environments (Amazon AWS, MS Azure)
• you have analytical thinking
• you speak English fluently
