Your role

We are looking for a SailPoint Engineer to join our security team for our utility customer.As a part of a team, your main responsibilities will be installing, configuring, and patching of SailPoint IdentityNow and IIQ.The Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer will work with associated security team and other technical teams within corporation to execute tasks required for solution delivery. You will analyze and refine client requirements, create the technical documentation, deploy and configure product, develop customized system enhancements and provide tier 3 level support and supporting our internal SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to deliver automated Identity Solutions to our customers in an effective and efficient manner.You will execute and automate Identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes quickly, accurately, and securely The role also includes:

• Production, Development, Testing
• Rules, birthrights, access configurations
• User management
• Root cause analysis
• Reports
• Backend system configuration
• Optimization of solution and configuration
• Onboard applications
• Automation

 

What do we expect?

• you have at least 2-3 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow), concepts and features
• you have experience with development of technical project plans and aid in project resourcing
• you have experience with development and execution of test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions
• you have development background (i.e. JAVA) and the ability to write scripts
• you are able to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business)
• you have experience with IdentityIQ/IdentityNow Administration and Implementation
• you developed or contributed to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting
• you have strong IAM domain knowledge
• you have cloud experience (AWS /Azure)
• you speak English fluently
