Your role

We are looking for Test Automation Engineer who is eager to learn new things, who strives to gain new experiences and who would like to work with modern technologies in the areas of Trading, Automotive, eMobility, Utility, Logistic and many others. Our new colleague will be an essential contributor supporting testing needs throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You will be working in SCRUM or SQUAD teams and closely cooperate with other team members in an Agile programming atmosphere. You will develop valuable products for international customers in Europe, Dubai or USA. Role of Test Automation Engineer includes:

• Design, development, documentation, and maintenance of test automation solution to support development teams with continuous deployment
• Identify application components to be covered by automation based on acceptance criteria, business priority and expected benefit of automated testing
• Analyze manual test cases to understand the details and identify the reusable components and functions to enable the automation
• Provide the effort estimation for the test script development
• Prepare and update the test data together with the customer as input for test execution
• Execution of automated tests
• Analyze and provide test report based on the test results

 

What do we expect?

• you have testing knowledge (understanding of testing fundamentals)
• you have recent working experience with test automation development and with design of automated tests
• you have experience with usage of tools like Selenium, Cypress or any UI automation tools
• you have experience with usage of tools for web services testing (e.g. Soap UI, Postman)
• you have experience with usage of tools like SOLMAN, HP ALM, TestFlow, Jira, Team City, SharePoint, Confluence
• you are experienced in creating automated tests using any programming language (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C#, VBScript)
• you have experience with SQL
• you have worked in agile teams (Scrum / Kanban etc.)
• considered as advantage: experiences with Cloud (AWS, Azure), pipelines (Azure DevOps), overview in modern development techniques (TDD, BDD, CI/CD, DevOps) and ISTQB certification
• you speak English fluently
