Your role

We are looking for a Service Manager, who will join our team. Team consists of SAP Consultants and ABAP Developers who support daily operations on the SAP systems of the customers and provide new solutions to make their business better.Service Manager will be responsible for coordination and managing service delivery, customer relationship, KPIs and service improvements. The role includes:

• identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
• leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• proposing improvements, refining the service, taking care of escalations
• building partnerships and liaising with team leaders, customers, and responsible stream leads
• facilitating meeting with customers and service owners on weekly basis

 

What do we expect?

• you are experienced in Service management
• your SAP overview will be an advantage
• you have an excellent communication skill
• your previous experience in customer service, leadership is an advantage
• you have previous experience with intercultural environment
• you are experienced in resource planning and quality control
• you are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…)
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• you speak German and English fluently
