Become part of European IT Company and one of the best application outsourcing provider. Join our friendly and growing team and learn fast!We are looking for an experienced Test Manager/Test Lead able to handle testing activities within a SW development project. The role includes:

• planning and controlling of the entire testing process
• working with agile software development methodologies
• preparation of test strategies, test plans, test progress reports, test summary reports
• coordination of testing activities
• close cooperation and reporting to project management
• communication with stakeholders in an international environment on daily basis

 

What do we expect?

• you have at least 2 years of experience as a Test Manager
• you have an ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or at least Certified Tester Foundation Level
• you have experience with Test Management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HPE ALM, MS Teams
• you have experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, overview of waterfall approach
• you have knowledge of effort estimation
• you are experienced in resource planning, preparation of test plan and other test deliverables
• you understand test automation principles and requirements
• you have the ability to consult proper test approach, test tool selection etc.
• you have communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• you speak English, German will be an advantage
