2 200 € + variable component

(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate)

 

Your role

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the Line Manager position in the area of Development Custom Solutions.

 

• you will manage, motivate and develop your team of developers
• you will be responsible for hiring and extending your team
• you will be responsible to develop future capability in your team to follow trends on customer side and in IT world
• you will closely cooperate with other technology teams within the company and support presales processes and service delivery
• you will be independent in planning and coordination of teamwork
• you will communicate with the customer and prepare roadmaps for the solutions based on customer requirements
• you will be responsible for farming in existing accounts
• your responsibilities will also be cost-effectiveness of individual services, resource management, budget planning, regular reporting

 

What do we expect?

• you have experience in leadership as a line manager, team leader or project manager for team of developers
• you have overview about development life cycle
• you have experience with operation of managed services
• you are a strong decision maker and can handle work under pressure
• you have good time management and strong communication skills
• you are customer and goal oriented and have strong negotiation skills
• you have experience with tools like Jira, Excel, SharePoint online
• nice to have experience with implementation of managed services
• you speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
