2200 + variable component

Your role

Consultant for IT services is knowledgeable in driving/coordination of IT services as a Service Delivery Manager.

As a major part of your role, you can expect interesting transitions of standard services into modern ones. It can include transition of standard Time & Material work into managed service, or finding the appropriate new solution of service delivery.

The Consultant is expected to introduce FPT's AMS capabilities and solutions to client, communicate with client and understand the client's pain points, analyze the client's situation and define the actions to provide a solution on how FPT can implement or change managed services and help the client, with the use of project management techniques. 

 

What do we expect?

• experience in project management in IT area
• experience in "Managed Services" in a world class or local major corporation, holding a management (leading / executive) position and having strong knowledge of what Managed Services is, what it is capable of and how Managed Services can help a client
• logical thinking, ability to explain complex ideas in simple words and presentation material
• consulting background, or working in a corporate strategy division, and experience in identifying problems and providing systematic and logical solutions
• good understanding of technology and a strong understanding of some industry and/or broad knowledge of multiple industries. 
• Ability to speak with clients from multiple industries on IT topics and pain points from various industries
• Sales or Presales experience in IT services is an advantage
• English communication skills, German is an advantage
