Project

For our prominent customer from automotive area as a joint venture of very well known OEMs, we are looking for candidates to join our core team.

E-Mobility project is platform for management, operations, monitoring and integration of charging stations for electric vehicles into company operation landscape. Electric vehicles are gaining massive momentum recently and all major automotive companies are drawing their focus there.

Successful candidate will be working on growing area on state-of-art technologiy stack.

Your role

You will join our Agile team located in Germany or Kosice (upon preferrence) and can contribute to regular features development as well as to architectural changes, improvements and system evolution.

 

Your role also includes:

• providing architectural improvements and standardization for the infrastructure environments for cross functional projects
• sharing best practices to maintain the AWS Infrastructure and Security Solutions
• steward and maintain DevOps platforms including: resource management. platform upgrades and implementation of standards
• identification and own opportunities to improve and shape all aspects of development and delivery workflow (f.e. Gitlab pipelines and workflow)  
• establish monitoring logging and dashboards to ensure the overall health of the platform(s)
• 2nd level support via ticketing system within the framework of the IT infrastructure backend 
• emergency on-call according to on-call schedule 
• implementing basic information security measures during development and operation (e.g. certificates) 

What do we expect?

• you have demonstrable experiences with AWS Cloud administration
• you have knowledge of  API Gateway, Container Services (Fargate), IAM
• you have knowledge and experience with Grafana, Prometheus and ELK stack
• you have a good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• you know DevOps principles like: Infrastructure-as-a Service, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
• you have experience managing and troubleshooting networks (VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN) with different brands of routers, firewalls and switches
• you have experience managing Active Directory and related products (GPOs, DNS, KMS, etc )
• you have experience to coordinate, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
• ability to write scripts in scripting language like PowerShell or Bash is a plus
• you speak English fluently, German is an advantage
