ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


JOB DESCRIPTION

- welcoming visitors

- directing visitors to correct destination

- screen and direct calls

- coordinating appointments and meetings

- administrative

 

REQUIREMENTS

- English- advanced

- proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and internet

- good communication and interpersonal skills

- clerical support, organizational abilities, and data entry skills

- ability to work on multiple assignments, good time management
