Job description

We are looking for senior candidates to join our team in Germany.

 

Responsibilities

Project management

Take ultimate responsibility for project success.

Coordinate internal resources in both onsite, offshore, nearshore and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Monitor and track project progress.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with all parties.

 

Pre-Sales

Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support

Coordinates closely with sales and delivery team to align solution design with customers’ requirements.

Present solutions, company service offering to the customers.

Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.

Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.

Perform other related duties as assigned-

 

Required skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with 3 years of experience in Project Management.

 

Languages

English - advanced

German - advantage

 

Soft Skills

- excellent in communication/negotiation skills
