Key responsibilities:

• Setup and manage design team which will be responsible to design LED lighting and control modules for car headlights based on customer specs
• Manage development process to be compliant with IATF
• Team must be able to take smaller, less complex projects out of automotive industry (e.g. embedded solutions integrated with wireless communication like LoraWan, Zigbee, Bluetooth, WiFi etc,..)
• Responsible for design quality and its verification
• Responsible for CDVA (cost reduction) activities
• Develop capability of team to takeover design of more complex solutions for electro mobility based on long term company direction and plan       

Other responsibilities:

• Participate on company direction definition with respect to requirements on Research & Development
• Definition of Design strategy(short-term and long-term)
• Participate on new product/customer quotation
• Key components / platform selection
• Design process efficiency Subordinates appraisal assessment and training plan control
