For our international client we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Director of Marketing and Sales in a hotel in Bratislava:
- Responsibility for marketing and sales department, results and operations
- Leadership and motivation of sales team (up to 7 people)
- Development and realization of major business opportunities within individual segments
- Active acquisitions of new clients
- Maintaining business contacts and relationships with the existing clients, caring for key clients
- Preparation and closure of cooperation agreements
- Tracking, reviewing and creating a hotel pricing policy in cooperation with the company's management
- Planning of business goals, active participation in budgeting and planning
- Presentation of complex services and client solutions
- Very good knowledge of the market and competition
- Responsible for the company's achieved business results
- Responsibility for the company's marketing strategy and materials
