Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for eCommerce Key Account Manager who will coordinate business for
marketplaces and key online B2B accounts in EMEA region and who will also be
responsible for planning and executing e-Commerce B2B channel strategy and achieving
business objectives.
B2B Account Management: management of e-tailers and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay (EMEA region) relationship management, negotiating, managing prices alignments on all markets, arranging commercial terms and other conditions in order to achieve set goals
ChannelMarketing: defining and executing a yearly marketing plan for the channels
Executing promotions/marketing campaigns on Amazon and eBay (e.g. Prime, Black Friday, Valentines Day etc.)
Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked; measuring and reporting ROI
Sales forecasting, monitoring and reporting sales results
New product launches across the channels and searching for new online sales channels
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics and finance teams
Coordinating and executing new e-tailers and marketplaces launches
Setting up of KPIs, driving analysis of e-Retailer’s performances and draw
recommendations (merchandising, assortment, logistics)
Content management: analyzing e-tailers websites in terms of brand visibility and
product listing, creating plans for improvement and monitoring execution
Team management: overseeing the work of team members - prioritizing/organizing
tasks; key goals setting and organizing weekly team meetings

Flexible team player
Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
