Location: Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia
Purpose of the role:
To organize worldwide import and export transports and logistics related activities in order to meet external and internal customer expectations.
Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:
To organize worldwide import and export transports and logistics related activities in order to meet external and internal customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize transportation quotations using all modes of transport ensuring cost and time efficiency
- Communicate with external warehouse provider regarding to shipments preparations, special requirements and dimensions
- Organize legalization of documents, secure requested documentation related to transport, logistics and customs clearance
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party transport and logistics providers
- Organize outbound and inbound customs clearance process
- Organize and coordinate the transport of outbound and inbound shipments globally
- Expertly prepare proper documentation for hazardous international shipments
- Provide Estimated Time of Delivery and other related shipment information
- Oversee Track and Trace of the shipment, including preparation, shipping and receiving
- Monitor shipment through all phases of the order journey, working closely together with transport providers, demand planning, purchasing, ordering team, sales organization and other departments
- Evaluate and process transport and logistics claims made by customers and follow up with external providers in order to provide solution
- Support organization with required transport and logistics tasks
- Verification of transportation and logistics invoices
- Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution
- Regular review of quality and performance of service providers
- Develop report and perform analyses related to scope of the role
- Support inventory process
- Support activities related to purchasing and demand planning
- Perform any Ad Hoc requested related to scope of the Employee´s position

- Dangerous Goods Certificate is an advantage
- Ability to work under time pressure and to tight schedules
- Customer orientation
- Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Commercial understanding
