Country Nursing Manager- CZ/EMEA

Job Overview:

As a Country Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care across our dialysis clinic network, ensuring high standards of care, leadership, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a key role in driving improvements in patient and staff safety, infection control, clinical education, and overall care quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:Define and implement the strategic direction for the local nursing function in alignment with corporate goals. Manage Clinic Head Nurses, ensuring adherence to nursing care policies and performance monitoring.
Hygiene & Infection Control:Oversee hygiene and infection control performance, ensuring adherence to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs across clinics.
Nursing Standards & Governance:Standardize and improve nursing care policies, procedures, and clinic processes to ensure high-quality and efficient care.
Patient & Staff Safety:Lead initiatives to improve patient and staff safety, including the prevention of needlestick injuries, seroconversion, and treatment variances.
Clinical Training & Education:Oversee the coordination of clinical training programs to maintain high standards of care and ensure continuous staff development.
Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with FME policies, quality management systems, and local regulations. Conduct regular audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Representation & Stakeholder Engagement:Represent nursing functions at the country management level and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: University degree or equivalent in nursing (e.g., Registered General Nurse diploma
Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in nursing, specifically in dialysis settings, with strong leadership skills.

Skills:

Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt in dynamic situations.
Experience in project management, quality management, and audit processes.
Fluency in both Czech and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
