• Proven experience working with HR systems (Workday is a great advantage), ability to act as change agent, ability to create and implement user manuals and/or trainings for HR systems.
• Understanding of HR processes, ability to create and follow process maps and structures.
• Previous experience providing complex HR generalist services to internal customers including:
• HR Data management - Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
• Organize and prepare moderately complex documents, prepare documentation for employee lifecycle recording, prepare HR guidelines and other topic relevant documents. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
• Information and business advice - Resolve queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
• HR data analytics and insights - Deliver data and input for analyses of HR data helping to identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding - Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers throughout the process.
• Participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintaining and understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, and reading specialist media.
