Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Plan activities and manage resources to achieve productivity goals.
- Actively participate in daily meetings with the supervising manager focused on reviewing current workloads and planning for human and material resource allocation (including carton picking quantities and weekly report processing).
- Ensure the achievement of prescribed financial indicators.
- Coordinate timely and accurate supply of materials and components to the production department.
- Communicate with clients and resolve operational issues related to the execution of all operations.
- Actively participate in resolving discrepancies between physical and electronic inventory status.
- Ensure the attainment of quality levels required by clients and internal company regulations.
- Maintain a continuous process of strategic cost analysis and planning for potential reductions and savings.
- Implement and monitor cost-saving programs.
- Identify and address issues related to customer service management.
- Typical day includes conducting performance reviews with team members and analyzing daily customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- he position has flexible working hours, with fixed working hours being 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
