Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Consultant who will be responsible for the design, implementation and integration of solutions or setting up and optimizing IT processes based on ITIL standards.
- design, implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions for international projects in areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM
- communication, consultation and client support within end to end solutions
- setup and optimization of IT processes based on ITIL standards
- creation of technical documentation and support of internal projects and team

Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – preferred
