Production support position for Graduates - 2 year rotation programme

We're looking for fresh graduates graduating in 2024 or have graduated within last 2 years (2023, 2022).

START DATE: Between 1st – 15th July 2024

SALARY: 25 000€/year + bonuses

Fiserv's Graduate Programme is an early career development programme where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional technology role. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience in the business world and unique to you!

WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTION SUPPORT GRADUATE AT FISERV DO?

Our project is called Data Provisioning and it’s a one shop solution for our clients for whom we generate and distribute statements, invoices, reports etc.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining our production systems and databases and supporting client with implementation of projects, working in full ITIL environment, and keeping up defined SLAs aligned with company and industry standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Performing day to day monitoring of production systems, applications and databases
• Analyzing logs, tuning the systems and adjusting monitoring and alerting accordingly
• Working in team with developers, DevOps admins, database admins and business analysts
• Deploying application releases into test environments and production
• On call shift duty with automated monitoring and alerting
• Deploying change requests and logging and resolving incidents
• Performing disaster recovery testing
