We're looking for fresh graduates graduating in 2022 or have graduated within last 3 years (2021, 2020, 2019).

ROLE INTRODUCTION
Fiserv's Graduate Programme is an early career development programme where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional technology role. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience in the business world and unique to you!

Our ambition is to offer fresh graduates the opportunity to become individuals with proper understanding of technologies utilized as part of continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle that would be then perfectly positioned to cover for roles responsible for solution implementation and quality assurance of it, cloud infrastructure provisioning/maintenance.


WHAT WILL YOU DO
In the first year you will have the opportunity to work on data provisioning, bridge or boarding platforms/projects which we provide to clients from all around the globe.

You can improve your programming skills and gain general overview of modern technologies we use. Be ready to gain expertise in:
- Java 11,
- Spring,
- Git,
- Maven,
- Docker, Kubernetes AWS.

In the second year you can choose from a variety of our departments where would you like to work for the second rotation. This includes development (Java, C++), Production (Application administration), Testing (manual or automated), infrastructure (system administration, middleware, automation etc.). This will be discussed based on availability at the end of the first year.

Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year programme.


OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage 1 – If you meet the job requirements, you can expect a short 10 minutes screening call with our recruiter.

Stage 2 – Meet with the Hiring manager for a short 30-60 minute long (video-conference) interview.

Stage 3 – Optionally, you might be asked to complete a case study or test.

Wage (gross)

1 833,33 EUR/monthSalary is fixed at 22 000€/year. Successful candidate would be eligible for sign-on bonus, performance bonus and graduation bonus. Start date is 4th July 2022.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for candidates who are going to graduate in 2022 or have graduated within last 3 years.

Hard skills:
- Basic knowledge of Java is a must.
- Data structures and algorithms.
- Source control versioning.
- Databases basics.
- Linux basics.

Soft skills:
- Problem-solving capability, team collaboration skills, logical thinking, self-motivation, analytical skills, attention to detail.

Additional requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Preferred degree areas include: Technology related degrees in Programming or Testing or other relevant IT Degree.
- Optionally, we would prefer graduates with university grade average better than 1.5 (B).
