Material supply planner

To expand our fischer team in Senec (SK) we are looking for a qualified and motivated material supply planner.
This position is accountable in planning, controlling and managing the stocks of our commodities through SAP ERP by considering stock level, ordering lead-time, volume demand to ensure material availability for our customer within financial parameters. This includes calculation of stock parameters, backlog management, supplier management as well as continuous improvement activities with our local team and German headquarters.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Maintaining the highest possible service level
• Calculating Reorder points and Safety stocks based on past sales and forecasted demand
• MRP master data maintenance
• Keeping track of current stock levels
• Ordering goods from suppliers
• Transparent sharing of item availability dates
• Backlog management
• Occasional support of the warehouse administrative tasks
• Coordination of Value Added Services performed by external logistics provider
You will communicate with:
• your fellow 3 material supply planners in Senec
• quality department in Senec
• the MRP & logistics team in Germany
• in-house production in Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy etc.
• external suppliers
• customer service colleagues from multiple European sales subsidiaries
• external logistics provider

There are 3 rounds of the selection process:
1. general interview with selected candidates
2. trial half-day with the actual MRP team in Senec to see if we are a good fit
3. final round with management
