Job description, responsibilities and duties

Respective responsibilities:
• Operation support for ATMs in team responsibility
• Incident resolution support (troubleshoot and incident remedy), incident management
within defined SLAs, search for solutions of issues in cooperation with various teams
• Implementation of changes related to supported ATMs
• Participate and execute on migration activities on projects for a new client on-boarding
• Maintain operational procedures and documentation
• Participate and execute on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities

Hand on experience with:
• Customer Service Management
• Unix
• SQL database
• Technical troubleshooting
• Problem management

Desired skills:
• Communication skills
• Conflict management skills and ability to withstand the pressure
• Able to organize, manage and priorities own workload
• Good interpersonal skills

Our team:
We are part of strategic delivery, covering day to day operations of ATM configuration including 24/7 on-call support, incident resolution in production, project deliverables including project and testing related environments, client requests and supporting new business demand.
