DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps processes such as deployment, administration, automation, security, documentation, etc. in close cooperation with development team.

Key responsibilities:

· DevOps support for global java applications
· Works with application team to document and implement applications internal/external interface requirements for Development, Testing and Production environments
· Implements middleware application specific requirements as needed, ensuring that integration across components in the TI provided environment is functional.
· Provides technical guidance to application teams to take advantage of cloud technologies, and implement cloud infrastructure, as needed.
· Preparing environment for implementing application using scripting
· Co-creation and management of application deployment processes
· Work with development team and respect Agile methodologies.
· Cooperation with other IT departments within organization (security, middleware team, linux team, …) , participation on change management processes.

Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)

3+ years work experience in DevOps area
Experience in Linux/Unix Administration
Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and be familiar with cloud services (IBM Cloud, PCF, AWS...)
Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Jira, Git, Docker/Kubernetes.
A working understanding of code and script (at least one - JAVA, Bash, Python)
Nice to have experience - IBM DataPower, ApiGee, AppDynamics, Java developer background.
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
Communicative team player willing to learn and cooperate with others
