Job description, responsibilities and duties

• - Provide operation support for ATMs in team responsibility
- Provide incident resolution support (troubleshoot and incident remedy), incident management within defined SLAs, search for solutions of issues in cooperation with various teams
- Provide implementation of changes related to supported ATMs
- Participate and execute on migration activities on projects for a new client onboarding
- Maintain operational procedures and documentation
- Participate and execute on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities

Wage (gross)

Starting from 1350,- EUR. Final salary depends on previous experience of candidate

Personality requirements and skills

Position is reserved for those individuals who have attained an excellent understanding of the equipment used on the production floor.
o Requires them to have the vision, creativity, and self-motivation to visualize and develop enhancements that increase productivity and/or decrease equipment downtime.
o Associates Degree in Electronics (or equivalent educational background, i.e., military technical schools) required.
o Minimum 24 months as a Senior Customer Engineer with sustained commendable. Strong mechanical ability required.
o Able to handle, operate, maintain, manipulate, and adjust, assigned equipment as necessary.
