Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for thinking outside the box to rectify existing equipment misgivings.
• Includes designing and implementing electronic/mechanical/software modifications to existing equipment, as well as designing new equipment/systems for use in our current operation.
• Rresponsible for the emergency repair and on-going maintenance required to ensure optimum performance of the user’s electronic and hardware systems.
• Create enhancements to current systems,
• Visualize enhancement, create prototype and test, acquire approval to implement from operations, & develop implementation plan.
• Within this grouping, a select few are also responsible for writing machine control code, developing and writing code for programs that are utilized in the operations facilities, and building electronic circuitry used in our in-house machine solutions.
• Responsible for operation of ATMs (incident management, change management)
• Responsible for reducing costs by developing enhancements to high failure items, as well as through outsourcing parts used in current operation.
• No direct reports, but will be responsible for supervising all designs, implementations and enhancements.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Starting from 1350,- EUR. Final salary depends on previous experience of candidate

Personality requirements and skills

Position is reserved for those individuals who have attained an excellent understanding of the equipment used on the production floor.
o Requires them to have the vision, creativity, and self-motivation to visualize and develop enhancements that increase productivity and/or decrease equipment downtime.
o Associates Degree in Electronics (or equivalent educational background, i.e., military technical schools) required.
o Minimum 24 months as a Senior Customer Engineer with sustained commendable. Strong mechanical ability required.
o Able to handle, operate, maintain, manipulate, and adjust, assigned equipment as necessary.
