Setup of the environment, systems maintenance on daily basis, logs check, support of infrastructure on OS & DB patching/upgrades, health checks, improvements proposals
File systems utilization, table partitioning, batch processing checks, review application logs, automation processes
Basic and deeper investigation of incidents, follow up with infrastructure and development if needed(code change required), root cause analysis
Review of deployments readiness,
Deployments (code and/or configuration) execution (manual or scripts – SCM), validation of deployments changes
Monitoring tool maintenance (deployments and/or run) , alerts maintenance, review of alerts and thresholds, handbooks for GCC Generating reports requested by clients/other teams requests, impact reports
Capacity and performance reviews periodically, trends DR test organization/driving & execution on yearly basis based on RTO agreed

4+ yrs of related IT experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Has moderate knowledge in functions they support. General understanding of business issues.
