Job description, responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the International Sales Manager you´ll be responsible for growing revenues, managing, leading and motivating our 4 studio managers and representing our brand in Slovakia. You´ll work at the interface between the headquarter in Vienna and our four studios in Bratislava.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading, counselling, motivating and developing the 4 teams
• Working out objectives for the studio managers together with the International Sales Manger
• Visiting the studios and helping the studio managers to accomplish their objectives and to work according our standard guidelines
• Monitoring the performance of the teams by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and sales meetings
• Extending the Fitinn concept together with the International Sales Manager
• Assisting in the development of annual marketing plans and sales promotion programs
• Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors
• Recruitment and training of sales staff
• Solving issues with local authorities
• Working together with local advertising agencies
